Data controller

What data I process

Only the details you send me through the inquiry form:

• your full name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the type of inquiry, date, place and your message

Why, and on what legal basis

I use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare an offer and, if we work together, to arrange and deliver the order.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

I do not use your details for marketing and never sell them.

Who else handles the data

Apart from me, only the services that run the website and deliver inquiries can access the data:

• Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India) – delivers form messages to my inbox. Messages pass through Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner (EU) servers. To block spam, CleanTalk and Akismet (USA) check the sender’s IP address and email. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Vercel Inc., USA – website hosting. Vercel is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.
• Google (Gmail) – the inbox that receives inquiries

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to handle your inquiry. If we don’t end up working together, I delete it within 12 months at the latest, including the copy kept by Web3Forms.

If we sign a contract, I keep the data for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not use cookies.

I measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics. Instead of cookies it uses a temporary fingerprint of the request, discarded after 24 hours, and stores only aggregated statistics: the page visited, where you came from, approximate location (country, region) and the type of device, operating system and browser. None of this can be used to identify you.

Fonts and images are stored on this website itself, so nothing is loaded from other companies’ servers, such as Google, while you browse.

You have the right to:

• access your data
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict processing
• object to processing
• data portability
